Eisenhower Matrix Case Execution Procedure:
1. Important and urgent – make a list 1 time (the night before or in the morning). New tasks are added to the list of the next day.
2. Important and not urgent – Define the execution schedule for each task in this list. You should always know the next step and time frame.
3. Not important and urgent – tasks that take more than two minutes to complete after making important and urgent.
4. Not important and not urgent – no more than 2 hours are spent on cases from this list.
