Carving out time for yourself is crucial for success in all areas of your life, it’s crucial for your wellbeing, your health, your happiness and fulfillment.

And even though we know how important this is, we can still struggle to find time for ourselves.

I believe that in order to be the best version of ourselves and do great things and to be successful in all areas of our lives we need to:
1. Take care of ourselves
2. Be strategic and smart with our time.
3. Supoort from others.

Being strategic and smart about how you manage your time and determining how you most want to spend it, like anything else requires awareness.

So in this video I wanted to share the most common mistakes and what to do about them.
