There are certain good practices that we take up and give up off and on.
However I decided to remain stick to certain set of habits and found improvement in the accomplishment of planned tasks and even in confidence and energy level.
I wanted to share 6 habits but I just happened to miss one in the video!!!
1) Wake up early.
2) Plan you day in advance.
3)Plan your week’s task with deadlines.
4) Take meaningful breaks – In between your work, walk, meditate,listen or read something inspirational. (The habit i missed to mention in the video)
5) Keep yourself motivated
6) Review you day before going to sleep.
