In today’s hectic life it’s important to dedicate certain number of hours during the week to an exercise routine.Everybody has a specific fitness goal – it could be maximising strength, building muscle mass, fat loss or simply enhancing bodyweight strength, endurance and mobility.Building muscle mass requires high volume training and one would have to allocate a lot of time for this goal.Building strength involves training with heavier loads and focussing on training with higher intensity week after week.Building strength would take up relatively less time compared to building muscle mass and would involve the BIG 4 – SQUAT, DEADLIFT, CHEST PRESS & OVERHEAD PRESS.Performing back to back bodyweight exercises within a short time span is a very effective method of improving strength, endurance and mobility within a limited time.So lack of time is always an excuse.Manage your time efficiently and attack your fitness goals.Fitness is a life long journey, its not a destination !!!
